She is beautiful, smart, incredibly caring and joyful. BUT the best thing? She's been one of my besties for eleven years! Somehow we both grew out of those pink collared, all three buttons buttoned-up Walmart shirts into girls who can rock heels in a suit or in a dress (#Debatedays). From playing Capture the Flag, to debating about mandatory minimum sentencing, to car-pooling to our adult jobs, I've always been able to count on her for laughter and deep conversations.

Being able to be your buddy has just been one of my favorite things. I couldn't imagine my childhood without you and I don't even want to think about an adult life without our conversations that go from the weather to metaphysics in 60 seconds flat. I'm SO excited for you to go to college and continue to become the person you want to be. Always remember:
